I love turning selfies into before & afters, and the before just happens to be from almost exactly a year ago when I was home for Spring Break. so I figured it’d make a great Transformation Tuesday as well! There’s probably about a 20lb. difference between the two pictures, running and weightlifting has done wonders for my body but the real key to long-term weightloss success is proper nutrition, and remember every healthy choice matters!
